Q. Can I add photos of my property?
A. Yes at the end of the Optional Fields section and after the Required Fields section you have the opportunity to add your own digital photos.
The maximum file size is 800 MB and the allowed extensions are: png, gif, jpg, and jpeg.
Q. What does the service cost?
A. There is no charge for joining or listing your property on SolditSolo. It is absolutely free!
Q. Is there a commission due at the end of a sale?
A. No there are no commissions.
However, you may need to be willing to negotiate a commission with a licensed realtor if they bring you a buyer (buyer.s agent) for your property.

Q. How do I save properties to favorites?
A. To save a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) property or an Agent listed (MLS) property all you need to do is first be registered user with SolditSolo.
Next, all you have to do is click the .save property. link located in each listing and that property will then be saved to your SolditSolo account.
Q. Can I get notifications?
A. Yes, SolditSolo will email you notifications of price changes with your saved properties and we will notify you
when your FSBO listing(s) is about to expire.
